County of Northern Lights: We have a tentative agreement!

Your negotiating team is pleased to announce that we have reached a tentative agreement (TA). The tentative agreement includes wage and benefit improvements.

Highlights of the tentative agreement include:

•    Four-year term beginning Jan. 1, 2025
•    3% wage increase per year
•    Wage grid reduced from 10 steps to 7 steps, with a 4% wage increase between each step
•    A $1000 inflation bonus at ratification of the agreement
•    An increase to the flex/health spending account up to $1500 per year
