Bargaining update for Local 047 Chapter 026, Lamont County Housing Foundation

Your negotiating team met the employer on August 28 and 29 to begin bargaining.
We presented our proposals to the employer, and they shared theirs with us. You can see both complete proposals attached below.
Our wage proposal is:
- January 1, 2025 – 25%
- January 1, 2026 – 10%
The employer’s wage proposal is:
- January 1, 2025 – 1.5%
- January 1, 2026 – 1.5%
- January 1, 2027 – 1.5%
- January 1, 2028 – 1.5%
When bargaining continues, we will first discuss the Articles and Letters of Understanding that neither we nor the employer proposed changing. We hope to quickly resolve these items.
