HolSome Place: Here are our bargaining survey results

Your negotiating team thanks you for filling out our bargaining surveys. Your responses are essential as we prepare for negotiations. We are committed to fighting for your priorities and demanding the improved working conditions we deserve.

We are especially grateful for the 22 members who agreed to act as worksite contacts. This helps us better communicate with you throughout the bargaining process.

The survey results show that many of us are struggling to make ends meet because of low pay and inadequate benefits. Short-staffing, heavy workloads, and lack of respect from management is damaging our health and safety.

Your negotiating team will now use your responses to write our bargaining proposals. We will exchange these proposals with the employer when bargaining begins. Thank you again for taking our survey and showing your solidarity.

How you can help

Some of the best ways you can help your negotiating team are to share union information with your coworkers, wear AUPE buttons, sign petitions, attend rallies, and even vote in favour of strike action if it comes to it. Wear red at your worksite to show management we are united and strong!
