AUPE’s Pension Committee is offering information sessions for members who belong to the Public Service Pension Plan (PSPP).
AUPE and PSPP are committed to helping members learn about their pensions and plan for retirement.
There are eight online sessions and two in-person sessions you can sign up for.

Preparing for Your Retirement provides information about your pension profile and its value, retirement preparations, pensions options when you retire, and more.
The webinar is offered on the dates and times listed below:

- ONLINE | Friday, October 17 | 9:00 to 10:30 am
PSPP Overview offers a comprehensive overview and covers plan basics, contributions, pensionable service, relationship changes, and retirement options, empowering members to make informed decisions about their pension. The session also highlights key benefits such as early retirement, lifetime income, and secure online access through Your Pension Profile (YPP).

- IN-PERSON | CALGARY | Friday, November 7 | 9:00 to 11:00 am

Steps to Retirement covers information on logging into and exploring your Pension Profile, required forms and documents, planning for retirement, and more.

AUPE members interested in any of the PSSP info sessions can register using AUPE's online registration system. Registration is now open.

Time-off entitlement
Members can receive 1.50 hours paid time off for the duration of the webinars and up to 4 hours for the in-person sessions. No other expenses will be covered for the registered session.
