Seasons Drayton Valley: Bargaining begins

Your negotiating team met the employer on November 26 and 27 to begin bargaining.

We shared proposals and focused on making the language of the collective agreement more clear and effective. We also agreed on several Articles, including ensuring workers get proper notice for disciplinary or investigation meetings. We also clarified what information needs to be included in job postings.

We are prepared to begin discussing wages and benefits. The employer has committed to costing out our proposal and sharing their response at our next meeting.

Negotiations continue March 16 and 17.
