Salvation Army Grace Manor: Tell your team what you want in bargaining

Your negotiating team is getting ready for our next round of bargaining with Salvation Army Grace Manor. Our current collective agreement expires September 30, 2025, and we sent the employer our notice to bargain for a new agreement.

We need your help! Your team is handing out physical copies of our new bargaining survey. The deadline to turn in your survey responses is Wednesday, October 15. 

This is your chance to tell us what’s most important to you, including wages, benefits, and scheduling. Your responses will help us create our important bargaining proposals to share with the employer. 

Notify a member of your team immediately if you do not receive your paper copy. We keep all responses confidential and use them only to draft the proposals.

Next meeting dates

Your team will meet on October 22 and 23 to review your bargaining survey responses and create our bargaining proposals. Make sure you have your say!
