Park Place Sprucewood and Villa Margeuritte: We continue to wait for essential information

Your negotiating team met on October 15 to continue preparing for bargaining.

We are still in a holding pattern as we wait for the results of bargaining between our fellow AUPE members and Alberta Health Services. Their agreement will set the standard for what health care workers across the province can expect from their employers.

To prepare, we made tentative adjustments to our proposal for wages and benefits. We have not presented them to the employer and will not do so until we have further information. Our Essential Services Agreement is also complete.

We will continue to update you as negotiations progress. Please reach out to a member of your negotiating team with any questions or concerns.
