CapitalCare GSS: The employer does not budge

Your team met with the employer on October 21 and 22 for bargaining.

We had long and thorough discussions about respect in the workplace and our workloads. We also brought up your concerns about working short.

Unfortunately, the employer did not budge, and we made little progress despite our many discussions. Your team hears you, and we will continue fighting for the improved collective agreement we deserve.

Our next bargaining meetings are not yet scheduled. We will begin bargaining for our raises and other monetary items when we meet again.
