Northwestern Polytechnic (Fairview): Employer slightly increases wage offer

Your negotiating team met with the employer on Oct. 9 to continue bargaining. We had productive discussions about our priorities and gave the employer our counteroffer to their June 5 wage proposals.

The employer came back with a small wage increase. While the increased offer is encouraging, your team feels that it is still far below what we deserve. The employer’s response addressed very few of our other monetary proposals.

We will counter the employer’s latest offer when we next meet. Our next bargaining dates are tentatively scheduled for Nov. 21.
