County of Northern Lights #3: Mediation is constructive, encouraging

Your negotiating team is pleased to report that our mediation, guided by Mr. Rick Wilson was very constructive. The union and the employer, County of Northern Lights, have been placed under an embargo on media releases by the mediator.

But we are encouraged by the progress made so far through mediation and look forward to our next scheduled session on Nov. 21. 

We appreciate the patience of all members and employees throughout this process.
