AgeCare Sagewood: Bargaining continues with a slow and steady pace

Your negotiating team met with Agecare Sagewood on June 24 and 25 to continue bargaining.

We had several important conversations at the bargaining table. Your team is focused on non-monetary improvements to the collective agreement, and we plan to work through these issues before we get to our wages and other monetary improvements.

Bargaining is moving at a slow and steady pace, but we did not agree to sign off on any changes during these two days of meetings. 

We are determined to negotiate a new collective agreement that improves our working conditions and helps us keep up with the expensive, rising costs of living.

Our next bargaining meetings are not yet scheduled.

Please watch for future union news. It is going to take support and solidarity from all of us to win what we deserve at the bargaining table.
