Your bargaining survey is now open!

Bargaining is starting soon, which means we need to hear from you!

Your negotiating team will be sharing a bargaining survey at our worksite. This is your chance to share what you think about your wages, working conditions, benefits, and more.

Please complete and return these surveys by July 21. Please return your completed survey to a member of the negotiating team - their contact information is at the end of this bargaining update.

We want to improve our collective agreement with changes that reflect the importance of the work we do.

We must receive your important feedback and suggestions to create the changes we will propose at the bargaining table.

This round of bargaining will be challenging, and it’s critical that we stand together in solidarity to achieve the fair collective agreement we deserve.

A separate survey focused on short-term disability (STD) and long-term disability (LTD) will be sent out to you in the near future.
