Yarrow/Optima Wild Rose: Bargaining continues with productive tone

Your negotiating team met the employer on August 27 and 28 to continue bargaining.

After a long delay, these meetings began on a positive note with the employer’s new spokesperson. We were able to set a more productive tone with their new spokesperson, and we hope that this will lead to a negotiated agreement.  

Your team remains committed to fighting for raises and a fair collective agreement for all members. We reminded our employer that this is our priority at these meetings.

The employer will present a comprehensive settlement proposal on September 3. We will review the proposal thoroughly and respond at our next meeting on September 19.
