PWL Drayton Valley: Many non-monetary articles have been signed-off

Your negotiating team continued to make good progress during non-monetary negotiations with the employer on September 27, and October 3, 4 and 10. We are pleased to report that we have signed off the following articles:

• 2 Definitions (pending further need to add more)
• 3 Occupational Health & Safety
• 4 Union Recognition and Union Representation
• 5 Application
• 6 Management Rights
• 7 Dues Deduction
• 27 Employee Management Advisory Committee
• 28 Personnel Files

Only a few non-monetary clauses remain to be signed off, so we should soon begin bargaining wages, benefits, shift differentials, overtime, and other monetary items.
