GSBC update #28: Issues over application for leaves resolved

The issue some members have had applying for leaves and time off has been resolved.

Members should follow normal practice and procedures of submitting requests through 1GX.

Any grievances that have been filed regarding leave denials will be addressed at the managers level and resolved.
