Covenant Health NC: Your team sent the employer revised proposals

Your negotiating team officially invited Covenant Health back to the bargaining table. However, Covenant Health said they would return only if we updated our proposals.

We believe we can negotiate a new collective agreement without mediation, so your team met on August 21 and 22 to revise our proposals. We sent them to the employer on September 17 and will keep you updated on their response.

Your team is committed to reaching a fair deal at the table that respects the vital contributions we make to Alberta’s health-care system. We hope Covenant Health shares this commitment.
