Negotiating team cautiously optimistic

Despite the delay, members can be confident in their negotiating team as bargaining for a first collective agreement recommenced this week (Feb. 16).

Your negotiating team and the employer’s representative managed to reach agreement in principle on a few important items and left the meeting with optimism that we will be able to make progress in other areas at future meetings.

Your committee has proposed tentative March meeting dates to the employer and await their response. We will update you as more information is available. If you have any questions, please contact a member of your Negotiating Team.
