AHS NC: We now have a mediator

Your negotiating team met with the employer on September 17 for bargaining. The employer responded to several of our outstanding language proposals and we had some good discussions.  

The employer said they will "likely" offer a full response to our proposals when we next meet on September 25.

Mediation dates are coming soon

James Casey was appointed to be our mediator on Monday, September 15. We will meet with them on September 23 to schedule formal mediation.
