AGLC: We presented our salary proposal

Your negotiating team met with the employer on November 18 and 19 to present our comprehensive salary proposal.

We have presented a fair and equitable proposal that compensates us for our service while also aligning with other major agreements across the province. General salary increases and market adjustments for certain classifications help us catch up with the ever-rising cost of living. 

The employer will respond to our proposal at our next meeting on December 5.
