Your negotiating team has reviewed the results of our recent bargaining survey. We want to share a huge thank you to everyone who shared their important opinions on bargaining.  

Thanks to your feedback, we are now prepared to fight for your priorities when we begin bargaining.

Your feedback was clear – we are underpaid and overworked. We are ready to take a stand and fight for the wages, benefits, and working conditions we deserve.
