Signature Living (Rocky Ridge): Bargaining opens with productive discussions

Your negotiating team began bargaining with the employer on June 5 and June 6.

We had productive discussions about pick-up shifts, in-service training, hours of work and seniority provisions.

We signed off on several articles in the collective agreement which both sides agreed not to change.

There was no discussion on monetary proposals.

Our next bargaining meeting is scheduled for July 8. Wear red that day to show your support! Take photos with your co-workers and send them to photos@aupe.org so we can spread the solidarity on the union’s social media.
