Monterey Wellbeing Services: Your team is prepared for negotiations

Your negotiating team met on November 25 to prepare for bargaining.

We are committed to bargaining for improved wages and benefits. We know we deserve more for our work and the care we provide for residents. 

We made some adjustments to our proposals. These changes better reflect our needs and will help us prepare for future meetings with the employer. 

Our adjustments aligned many proposals with the new agreement between AHS and AUPE Nursing Care members.

We are also eager to see the results of bargaining between AHS and AUPE General Support Services members. We are prepared to align our proposals with that agreement as well. 

We will continue to keep you informed as negotiations progress.
