Edith Cavell: Your new negotiating team is ready for bargaining

Your newly elected negotiating team is prepared to continue negotiations with the employer.  

Your team met on November 20 and 21 to review how bargaining has gone so far.

We are committed to fighting for the improved wages and benefits we deserve. We reviewed our proposals and made some adjustments to better meet our needs and prepare for future meetings with the employer.  

Our adjustments aligned many proposals with the new agreement between AHS and AUPE Nursing Care members.

We are also eager to see the results of bargaining between AHS and AUPE General Support Services members. We are prepared to align our proposals with that agreement as well.

We will continue to keep you informed as negotiations progress.
