Arbitration Award Received

Your bargaining committee and the employer received the arbitration award later than expected, on Oct. 28. You’ll recall from a previous bargaining update that the arbitrator heard evidence on outstanding items from the collective agreement and would make a final, binding ruling. Your committee has received the binding decision and completed a review of what it contains. We have compiled some highlights for you in the attached document.
